The rescue features 10 well-equipped kennels with under-bed heating, 24-hour CCTV, radios, quality nutrition sponsored by Burns, and dedicated enrichment spaces including a play pen and enclosed sand run. Each dog undergoes a full health and temperament assessment once settled, and is provided with bedding, clothing, toys, and daily enrichment from a committed volunteer team. With twice-daily walks, regular weighing, grooming, and socialisation, Daybreaks ensures every dog receives attentive, compassionate care while awaiting their forever home.

The lovely Bob is looking for his new home.He has spent the last year living in a home and loves snoozing upside down and playing with toys. Bob would suit a more active home as he’s a Greyhound with a bit more get up and go. Bob loves attention so would apprieciate a home where he gets all the attention! We are still getting to know Jag. So far he has shown to be very happy and friendly.Jag is a big lad, he currently weighs 35.5kg.Jag walks well on the lead and travels well in a motor vehicle. He also enjoys treats especially natural chews.We think Jag would be best suited to an adult only home.

Phil is a lovely, handsome and gentle lad who loves to lean!! Phil is very affectionate and loves fuss.Phil is a foodie and loves treats. Phil walks well on the lead.Phil’s trainer says we could live with a female greyhound. Phil’s trainer has also said Phil has met children and is good around them.

Scooby is a very pretty young lady! Scooby has the most wonderful ears that flop forwards.Her trainer says she can be nervous until she gets to know you and would be happier in a home without young children. Scooby is getting more confident day by day. She loves her enrichment and is very inquisitive. Scooby walks well on a lead and her trainer says she travels well in a car.
