Billy ( born June 2022) is a male greyhound who is tall, handsome, dark and keen so who would like to meet similar to be his owner! He is a confident, outgoing boy and very friendly. He is very good in the house and is doing well in foster care. He cannot live with cats or small furries. He is neutered and microchipped. Cahir ( born November 2025) is a broken coated female lurcher thought to have terrier, collie and saluki in her heritage. She loves to run and zoom about. Her ideal home would have lots of outside space and dogs to play with. She is has seen nothing outside kennels so will need a patient owner to help her learn about life as a pet and the outside world. Being a puppy, she will need a home with someone around a lot and willing to cope with puppyish behaviour. With careful introductions, we feel she could live with cats. She is microchipped and a non negotiable condition of adoption is that she will be spayed at the appropriate age and this will be overseen. Callas (born August 2025) is a happy, energetic, smallish female saluki who finds joy in every minute of every day. She loves being out and about; those eye-catching looks fitting well with her “social butterfly” attitude. She gets on very well with other dogs and would love a playful canine companion for silliness. She adores people and would be happy in a home with lots going on and a secure garden in which to let off her puppy liveliness. She is microchipped. A non-negotiable condition of adoption is that she will be speyed at the appropriate age and that there will not be any non-castrated dogs in her new family. Cashel( born November 2025) is a female lurcher thought to have saluki, collie and terrier in her heritage. She is good natured and playful but will need a confident dog or dogs to guide her. She requires an owner happy to give her the time to grow, learn and play ( she especially likes splashing in puddles!). With the usual careful introductions, she could live with cats. She would like a garden in which to safely play and being young would like a home with someone around a lot who is happy with puppyish traits. Flanagan ( born Feb 2022) is a handsome male greyhound who would love a home with another confident male or female dog as he is a bit befuddled by life outside of kennels and would love someone to show him the ropes. He is good in the house and needs an enclosed garden where he can run about and ideally would love a quiet rural location so he can relax. He is neutered and microchipped. Funghi (born April 2025) is a smallish, female lurcher recovering from her days as a mange- covered stray and blossoming into a sweet natured girl who has not let her poor start dampen her enthusiasm for life. She adores greeting new people and making new friends. Her play is on the “rough and tumble” end of the spectrum so any dog she lives with should be happy with that. Funghi could live as an only dog as long as she has lots of human company throughout the day as she is still quite puppyish in her ways but she enjoys curling up on the sofa too. Her name is appropriate as she is full of fun and if given an outlet for it, in a busy home with a sense of humour, will bring much joy to all who are lucky enough to spend time with her. We believe she could live with respectful robust children. She walks well on the lead and travels well. She is neutered and microchipped. Nivens McTwisp ( born September 2023) is a big male lurcher who would like a home with a confident, consistent handler who can read his body language as he can get overexcited on lead or push boundaries in play. He can be a little shy of sudden movements or people he does not know so would like to live in a quietish area. If he were to be an only dog, he would like someone around a reasonable amount. He needs an enclosed garden large enough to zoom about in. He could live with another dog of similar size preferably a matriarchal bitch who would play but who would take no nonsense if he overstepped the mark as he is wont to do, due to his youngster’s enthusiasm. Stroll ( born Feb 2024) is a handsome medium sized male lurcher who, having been at the receiving end of rough treatment, is understandably a bit tentative around people he does not know but with time will unpack his bags and become a wonderful pet. He would like to live with another dog who could act as a sensible role model but also indulge his playful side from time to to time, as he is a youngster.
