Meet Kiera! Kiera is a fun-loving, active girl looking for her forever home. She thrives on both mental and physical stimulation and would love an owner who enjoys adventures, playtime, and helping her continue to learn and grow. Kiera would like to be the only dog in the home, as she enjoys having all the love and attention to herself. While she can be playful with other dogs, she can also be reactive to some dogs when off lead, so she will need an owner who can manage her interactions appropriately. One of Kiera’s favourite activities is swimming, and she’s always ready for a splash and some outdoor fun! Manny This handsome boy hasn’t had the easiest start in life… found as a stray, with no one coming forward for him, Manny’s time sadly ran out at the pound. He was just hours away from being put to sleep — until a space opened up and he was saved at the very last moment. Now he’s safe… but what he truly needs is a place to finally call home. Manny is a sweet, affectionate dog who absolutely loves treats — and that makes him eager to learn! He’ll need some help with the basics like walking nicely on a lead, recall, and possibly house training. With patience, consistency, and lots of tasty rewards, he has so much potential to blossom. He travels well and enjoys the company of calm, friendly dogs when off lead. However, Manny does have a strong instinct to chase cats, so he’ll need a cat-free home. As we don’t know much about his past, any time left alone should be built up slowly and gently. Manny could live with children age 13 upwards after careful introductions. Meet Ozzy Ozzy is a handsome, energetic boy looking for an active, adult-only home where he can get the mental and physical stimulation he thrives on. He is fully house trained, travels well in the car, and is comfortable being left alone for short periods (up to 1–2 hours). Ozzy has excellent recall, absolutely loves playing ball, and enjoys playing with other dogs off lead. Ozzy would need a cat-free home, as he will chase them. He can be strong on the lead, so ongoing work and consistency will be important in his new home. Ozzy can be nervous around strangers and children and may bark when approached. Ozzy is looking for an adult only home ideally just 1 person or a couple and will have to wear a muzzle in busy public places. Meet Shadow (aka Shadrack) Shadow is a big-hearted goofball looking for his forever home — one that’s adults-only and filled with patience, understanding, and love. This handsome sighthound came to us as a welfare case after living in a car, so the world is still a pretty new and sometimes overwhelming place for him. Because of this, Shadow needs someone who will take things slowly, helping him build confidence through calm, positive experiences and continued training. Shadow can get overexcited or bark in new situations — sometimes he just doesn’t quite know what to do with all his energy! But once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll find he’s incredibly funny, affectionate, and loyal. He’s the kind of dog who will keep you smiling every day.
