Friends of Animals Wales

Friends of Animals Wales is a small, independent rescue charity based in South Wales and run entirely by dedicated volunteers. Established around 2004, the charity focuses on helping vulnerable and unwanted animals, primarily dogs and cats, all of whom are cared for in foster homes rather than kennels. Working closely with foster carers, Friends of Animals Wales aims to find carefully matched, loving forever homes for every animal in its care. The charity is supported through community fundraising and charity shops across the region and operates a strict non-destructive policy, placing animal welfare at the heart of everything it does.
