Only applications sent directly by email to Second Chances Animal Sanctuary will be considered.Ace is a 19-month-old Cane Corso who arrived at the sanctuary as a stray and was sadly unclaimed. He has a truly wonderful temperament and is a playful, happy goofball who loves life. Ace adores people, enjoys playing ball in the paddock, loves cuddles, and is happiest simply being around humans. Due to his size and bouncy nature, Ace is looking for an experienced large-breed home. He can live with other dogs and older teenagers, but no young children please due to his size and bounciness.️ Again, to be very clear: Ace is NOT a Greenacres Rescue dog, and enquiries must go directly to Second Chances Animal Sanctuary.

Meet Cyndric, a charming one-year-old Chinese Crested Powderpuff with a bright, playful personality. He’s a very clever little dog who is easily trainable and loves learning new things, especially when toys and play are involved. Cyndric gets on brilliantly with other dogs and really enjoys their company, making him a fun and social companion.Cyndric is looking for a savvy home where someone is around most of the time, as he doesn’t cope well with being left alone. He will need to live with another friendly dog to help him feel secure. His new family must also understand the coat care needs of a Powderpuff, including regular brushing and professional grooming. With the right home and care, Cyndric will truly thrive and bring lots of joy to his future family.

Meet Hades – a cracking, chunky 5-year-old Rottweiler with a lovely nature and a fantastic temperament. He’s a great age, past the puppy stage but still full of life and character. Hades mixes well with other dogs and has previously lived with children, showing just what a steady and well-rounded boy he is. He’s a big softie at heart who enjoys company and being part of the family.Hades is now looking for a loving home with someone who has large breed experience and understands the needs of a dog like him. Heath is a regal and incredibly handsome 3-year-old Lurcher who turns heads wherever he goes. He’s a big lad, but every inch a gentleman. Heath would make a wonderful walking companion, happily striding out by your side, and then just as content to come home for warmth, comfort and a proper cwtch on the sofa.Heath is great with other dogs and was part of the large Lurcher rescue we carried out recently. He has taken everything in his stride and has shown himself to be calm, affectionate and easy to have around. Meet Mufasa, our very handsome 16-month-old Saluki Lurcher who is now looking for his forever home.
