Adorable Ajay is the sweetest boy. He’s an ex racing greyhound which means he has not been in a home, therefore, may not be house trained but don’t let that put you off. Ajay is a very snuggly, affectionate boy. He walks like a dream on the lead. He loves a good blast around a field (a secure one!). He can be homed with children over the age of 10 years old and seems fine with other dogs but can’t be homed with small furries. Ajay loves a soft toy to play with and snuggling up in a cozy bed. Unfortunately, black greyhounds get overlooked for some reason! But whoever is lucky enough to give this sweet boy a home, will have a loyal and loving friend for life!

Adorable Cece came to us due to her owner’s ill health. Poor Cece has been with us for a few months now but has sadly not found the right home. Although she can be a little hesitant to meet new people, she is an absolute love bug once she knows you. Cece generally walks well on a lead but can be strong if she does decide to pull or if she’s feeling stubborn. She has started to be stand offish towards strangers when on walks as she feels like she needs to protect her owner and can get too carried away with play where she can jump up and mouth so she does need someone who will set boundaries from the start. Ideally, Cece is looking for a home with someone with experience of the breed. We will home her with children over the age of 15 years old. She would prefer to be the only pet in the home although she has been ok with visiting dogs with her previous owners. She also doesn’t like cats. Cece is possessive of her food and toys with dogs. She’s a big girl (approx 45kg!) who can sometimes be a bit boisterous. She loves to play and enjoys having a fuss. Sweet Cece will make a loving and loyal pet, she just needs someone to give her a chance to decompress and settle in

Chase came to us from the pound where he was taken as a stray and not claimed. Because of his unknown history we will home him with children over the age of 12 years old. We do not know what he is like with other dogs yet nor cats. He can pull on the lead but nothing too bad. He is a friendly boy and is easily won over by treats!

Cookie came to us from the pound where he was taken as a stray. He is a friendly boy who loves everyone he meets. He seems good with other dogs too but we do not know what he is like with cats. Because of his unknown history we will home him with children over the age of 12 years old. Cookie walks well on a lead but once he wants to sniff something interesting then he is a strong boy!

Freya has sadly been returned due to no fault of her own. She is with us due to her owners poor mental health. She is a friendly girl but would benefit from an active household as she is an energetic breed. She is dog friendly however, passing some dogs, she can be reactive if they bark and has redirected in the past so this is something that will need further training. She has made some dog friends here and can walk alongside them nicely. Freya loves to play and would play ball all day long if she could. She can be homed with children over the age of 10 years old and she does not like cats

Kodak is with us due to his owner expecting another child and finding it too much to cope with him and children. He is a happy boy who loves everyone and although he is used to young children he would be better homed with children from the age of 7 years old as he can knock young childen over unintentionally. He walks well on a lead and is good with other dogs although much better with females. Kodak has not lived with cats

Lewis is an ex racing greyhound and may need toilet training due to having not lived in a home. He is a friendly boy who is fine with other dogs but can’t be homed with small furries. Because of his unknown history, we will home him with children over the age of 12 years old. Lewis walks well on a lead

Adorable Loki is with us due to the child in the home tormenting him and his owners did not think it was fair to Loki. He is a sweet boy who enjoys a good fuss and playing with his toys. He can be nervous of men to begin with but soon comes round. He can walk nicely on his harness but can be strong on the lead when he wants to get to something. He is not a fan of other dogs but will happily walk alongside some (better with females). He does not like cats. He is well behaved with kids and can be homed children over the age of 7 years old. He’s a gentle boy who sits nicely to take a treat. Loki is being overlooked and we can’t understand why, hes definitely got the cute factor going for him! We think he is most likely shar pei x staffie (approx 20kg). This smushie faced boy deserves is his happy ever after, if someone will just give him a chance.

Prada came to us because her owner was not giving her the proper care she needs. She is a friendly girl and can be homed with children over the age of 12 years old. She loves to play ball and although she has lived with a dog, she is hit and miss with others and can bark at passing dogs when out walking. She does not like cats

Sheru has been returned twice for possessive behaviour. Please only call if you have experience with this. Although he is a handsome retriever, he has behavioural issues that need addressing. He is with us because his owners could not cope with his possessive behaviour. He has chewed things in the home and will need a home where someone is home most of the time to put in the work to train him. He is used to young children visiting the home but has not lived with young children and as he can be possessive of food and toys we would rehome him to a home with older children. He is a lively young pup and can jump up but again, with training this can be improved. He can pull on the lead but he is good with other dogs and has not been around cats

He is a lively young dog who can walk nicely on a lead but when he does pull he is quite strong and it is usually when he sees another dog. He can be reactive towards other dogs and can’t be homed with cats. Because of his unknown history, we will home him with children over the age of 12 years old

Stella is with us due to her owner moving. She is a friendly girl and can be homed with children over the age of 4 years. She has not been around cats and has not really been around other dogs but seems ok with them when on walks. Stella would benefit from a hypoallergenic diet to keep her skin and coat in good condition
