Operating without kennels, most dogs live in the founders’ home or foster care, receiving individual attention, rehabilitation, and family life for as long as they need—some remaining permanently due to complex needs. The rescue relies entirely on a dedicated network of supporters who help with fundraising, transport, home checks, fostering, and international coordination. Focused largely on Romanian dogs, LIB Dog Rescue is committed to giving each dog the time, care, and love needed to find a true forever home.
