Aero is a loving young boy that needs a family to call his own. He is so sweet, Aero starts to cry when separated from his mother and siblings. Aero loves being held and cuddled, he is so affectionate. Aero is a typical pup, he is a happy boy that has lots of energy and a mischievous way about him.Aero really enjoys being around the other dogs, and likes to run around with them, so could live with them following slow introductions. He has not met cats or children yet, but can do upon request. Aero loves his time out of his kennel, he accepts a lead and loves either exploring his surroundings or just running around.Aero is just a great dog who will just add to any family lucky enough to adopt him. Albie is trying his best but is still quite nervous of people he doesn’t know and situations he’s never encountered before. At first he is scared of visitors to the house so will bark at them, or run for comfort but he comes out of his shell once he realizes they are just friends he hasn’t met yet.Albie loves to play outside and gets very excited. He is happy to wear a collar but is still scared of the lead so further training will be required to make him feel safe.Albie hasn’t lived with children but has shown himself to be friendly and gentle with people he knows so he would be suitable for a home with calm children after introductions.Albie has been described as “a beautiful dog with a lovely spirit about him, once he’s comfortable with you he will be your best friend”. He would make a lovely addition to most households and would be so grateful to have a forever family and a comfy sofa to snuggle into.‍ Albie has not worn a lead and will need further training

With gentle care and extra human contact during treatment for his skin, he’s blossomed into a more confident boy.Though his skin shows no medical issues, we believe the stress of kennel life has taken its toll. What Amos truly needs is a peaceful home—a loving family to help him heal from the inside out. He now enjoys walks, especially those riverside adventures with staff, and his eyes quietly plead for the love he’s never known.Amos would thrive in a calm environment, ideally with another friendly dog to guide and reassure him as he settles in. ️ Annabel.. have you seen her ears though??!! She has only been at the kennels in Nantwich for a few weeks but it’s taking her a while to find her feet, especially as she is used to living in a home. She was returned due to some issues with the male in the house but she is still a young dog and is finding her setting overwhelming and is sad when she gets left alone.Annabel is very fearful and this manifests in her overcompensating when people approach her kennel. It’s just noise though because as soon as you approach she does jump up to say hello. She is definitely more wary of men than women and does try to hide from the males if they approach.Annabel walks nicely on the lead, does have the occasional bouts of pulling, but settles quickly. She does sometimes tend to fixate on other dogs but is getting better. She is a bit fearful of traffic but enjoys saying hello to people.Annabel hasn’t really mixed with other dogs at the kennels yet but is happy to be walked in a pack and plays with them through the fence. She would be happy to live with other dogs or to be the only dog in the household.Annabel doesn’t like to be left alone for long periods so she would need a family that were around a lot of the time. She would be perfectly content fulfilling the role of your little shadow so if there is a vacancy in your life, she is ready and willing.Annabel will develop in confidence once she gets to know you but she will need a patient, possibly female led home who understand it will take her time to settle and show her true personality. Once she trusts you though she will show you her loving, playful nature, and her favourite toy. She just needs a comfy sofa, and her new forever family by her side to help her shine.️

I first met Barak when I started volunteering with PPTF in 2020… and heartbreakingly, he is still waiting for his forever home.Barak is a 7-year-old medium-sized boy with the gentlest soul. He is nervous and overwhelmed by the world around him, and busy kennel life will not help him thrive.He just needs someone patient enough to give him a chance Barak is still learning the basics — lead walking, routines, confidence indoors, and even simple things like going through doors. Everything is new to him, so he needs someone kind, calm, and understanding who will let him go at his own pace We truly believe that away from the stress of kennels, Barak could finally begin to blossom into the dog we know he can be.Please don’t let this gentle boy keep waiting. Bear is a gorgeous medium-to-large boy (around 30kg) looking for a fresh start with a family who can offer him the calm, understanding home he deserves.Bear loves the simple things in life... long walks, peaceful surroundings, comfy beds, and being close to his people. In fact, if there's an opportunity to sneak upstairs for a nap on the bed, Bear is more than happy to take it! Beth is still very nervous of people she doesn’t know. She will bark when they enter her space and retreat to her crate to feel safe. She prefers to approach at her own pace from behind and sniff.Beth is happy to wear a collar and harness but doesn’t like the feel of tension on the lead. This can trigger a flight response so much more ongoing training will be required. She hasn’t been walked in public due to how distressed she gets on the lead and also because she gets worried when approached by new dogs or people.Beth currently lives with children, and whilst there has been absolutely no aggression shown, she does get stressed by sudden movements and noise. She could live with calm children who are mindful of her issues but she would thrive in a quieter home with minimal comings and goings.Beth could be the only dog in the household but would benefit from having another doggy companion around, especially as she is so nervous of people . She does love to play, and happily snuggles up to the resident dog at night.Beth is the sweetest dog and once you’ve earned her trust you’ve got a best friend for life. She isn’t the most cuddly dog in the world but if you’re looking for a companion who you can chill out alongside and drink a brew in peace without getting crawled all over and demanding constant attention, then say hello to Beth, you’ve just met your ride or die!️

Betty has the sweetest nature. She is inquisitive and friendly when visitors arrive but isn’t quite brave enough to make the first move. She does approach eventually for a little sniff and a stroke.Betty is a star on the lead. She walks well and readily accepts a collar and harness. She loves being outside but startles easily and is on high alert. Even though noise and sudden movements worry her, this doesn’t manifest as aggression at all.Betty hasn’t lived with children but her loving personality would be suited to children who are not boisterous and understand that loud noises and sudden movements make her feel unsure.Betty really wants to get involved in all aspects of family life, she just isn’t quite brave enough. She needs an individual or family who understand this and are willing to work with her to help her overcome her fears. You will be rewarded tenfold as her loving nature starts to shine through.️

Bingo and his sister Scrabble were found abandoned by the side of a busy road. We couldn’t leave them there, so we brought them to safety. Soon after, brave little Bingo faced another challenge, he contracted Parvo. But this boy is a fighter, he battled through it with quiet strength and a gentle spirit that has won all our hearts.Bingo is a handsome, soft natured lad who adores people. He’s a true cuddle‑bug who just wants to be held, fussed over, and loved. His calm, affectionate temperament makes him a joy to be around. He has been wonderful with children and was very gentle when meeting the resident cat.Bingo also enjoys the company of other dogs and could happily join a home with canine companions, as long as introductions are done slowly and kindly. He accepts a lead and is learning, but will need a bit more practice as it’s still new to him. Unfortunately, Bingo’s gentle nature means he struggles in a busy kennel environment with more dominant dogs.He has been picked on, and we urgently need to find him a safe, loving home where he can finally relax and feel secure. Bingo has so much love to give. He deserves a family who will cherish him, reassure him, and show him the comfort and kindness he’s been waiting for.His little suitcase is packed, and he’s patiently hoping for someone to offer him the life he dreams of, one filled with warmth, safety, and belonging.
