About Paws2Rescue

Paws2Rescue is a charity dedicated to relieving the suffering of animals in need, particularly neglected dogs in Romania, through rescue, rehoming and long-term welfare initiatives. While finding loving homes in the UK is an important part of their work, large-scale neutering campaigns are central to their mission of ensuring every dog is a wanted dog. The charity also supports veterinary scholarships in Romania, enabling students to participate in neuter programmes and important disease research projects. Through vet clinics, a medical centre and sanctuary initiatives, Paws2Rescue works to create sustainable improvements in animal welfare for the future.

Baby, a 3 years old male Crossbreed available for adoption from Paws2Rescue in Romania

Paws2Rescue

Baby

Romania
SexMale
Age3 years
BreedCrossbreed

Baby was rescued at the start of 2023 after he was found sitting in a schoolyard by children.Baby is very happily living in a foster home in Romania. He cannot be cat tested, but he happily lives and plays with dogs of all ages and sizes and lives with children too. He is a quieter pup, a tiny bit shy when you first meet him, but he truly has a gentle and submissive nature. He really would love a family home. Update October 2025: We have spent a week here with Baby and he is still as gentle and loving as he was as a pup. We have no idea how he has been overlooked for so long! He is a submissive boy by nature and gets on with every dog and every person. He loves being cuddled and held. He is low to medium active at the moment. Adopting Baby really would feel like winning the lottery.?: Can’t be cat tested.?: Living in foster.

Ben

Romania
SexMale
Age5 years
BreedCrossbreed

Ben was saved from Danyflor public shelter.Ben is a happy, friendly little boy. He is friendly with people and children. Ben does not like other male dogs but would be alright with a single female dog in the household. He does not like cats. Update October 2025: We spent a week in October with our lovely Ben, who was rescued from the public shelter in April. He is a really loving boy with low to medium energy. We found him to be fantastic with all people and gets along well with his friends too, running with them, but not the crazy puppy play time. Ben doesn’t like to share his food (like many of us!) and would need to be fed alone – the only negative we have seen. Ben is from quite a “tough” public shelter and we do not know his history prior to this, just the sadness in his eyes, as he yearns for a family.?: No cats.?: Living in foster in Romania.
