Fufu is a neutered male looking for a very special forever home. He arrived into our care as his family could no longer look after him due to a change in circumstances.When Fufu first arrived, he was extremely nervous and simply could not understand what was happening to him. Having lived a very sheltered life, he had only ever known his family from birth and had very little experience of meeting new people or exploring the outside world. Being left behind was incredibly confusing and frightening for him, and he found it very difficult to trust anyone or cope with kennel life.Seeing Fufu so scared and overwhelmed was heart-breaking. We knew the kindest thing we could do was give him the time and space he needed to decompress without putting any additional pressure on him.Slowly but surely, over the following days, we began to gain his trust. Day by day, Fufu learned that we were not going to hurt him, and he started to feel safer in his surroundings. As his confidence grew, he began to show us what a truly sweet little boy he is. It became clear that his nervousness was simply a result of the shock and fear he was experiencing. Watching him relax, settle, and start to enjoy life again has been incredibly rewarding for all of us.Today, Fufu is completely bonded with his people and is an absolute star. He has the sweetest nature once he knows and trusts you and is incredibly loyal and affectionate. One of his favourite things to do is curl up on your knee and have a snooze. He is now enjoying walks on a secure harness and lead and is beginning to discover just how wonderful the outside world can be.Although Fufu has come such a long way, he remains very nervous around new people. As a result, he will need an exceptionally patient and understanding owner who is willing to let him settle in at his own pace. Building a relationship with Fufu cannot be rushed and he will need time, space, and understanding to get to know his new family on his own terms.Please note: Once our dogs are made available for adoption, we are unfortunately unable to hold them for extended periods of time due to the demands of rescue and the number of dogs waiting to come into our care. Iggy is a tiny 9.4kg pocket rocket of a French Bulldog who is searching for his forever home after being picked up as a stray and sadly never being claimed.Iggy is an adorable little boy with a heart full of love, fun, and personality. He would make a wonderful companion for a single person, couple, or family looking to add a little bundle of joy to their lives.He loves meeting new people and is always an enthusiastic greeter, happily saying hello to everyone he meets. His friendly nature means he quickly wins people over wherever he goes.Iggy enjoys his daily walks and walks beautifully in a harness. He is looking for a home that can provide him with regular exercise, although he is not the type of dog who will be joining you on long hikes or marathon adventures. Instead, he would be perfectly happy with two or three standard walks each day, with the occasional extra adventure at weekends or on your days off.Despite his small size, Iggy has a huge personality and loves being involved in everything that is going on around him. He is ready to leave kennel life behind and find a family of his very own where he can be loved, spoiled, and enjoy all the comforts of home.Iggy has recently passed his veterinary health check. During his examination, the vet identified that he has luxating patella’s in both of his back legs. At present, this does not affect him in any way, and he remains a happy, active little dog.Potential adopters should be aware that, as he gets older, he may require pain relief or anti-inflammatory medication to help manage this condition. This is simply something to bear in mind when considering offering Iggy a home.Please note: All other dogs in the home must already be neutered.Adoption fee: £250, which includes neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, flea and worm treatment, a full veterinary health check, and lifetime Rescue back-up.Please note: Once our dogs are made available for adoption, we are unfortunately unable to hold them for extended periods of time due to the demands of Rescue and the number of dogs waiting to come into our care.
