Rescued from a life on a chain, Oreo is now thriving in foster and discovering the joys of being loved and free. Though he can be a little wary of new people at first, he’s incredibly affectionate once he feels safe. He loves his toys—especially footballs!—and enjoys nothing more than a good play session with other dogs.
