He absolutely thrives on human company and will happily greet everyone he meets with a wagging tail and friendly charm.After his adventures outdoors, Clyde is more than content to curl up on the sofa and relax — the perfect balance of playful and chilled. He’s clean, well-behaved in the home, and can be left alone without any fuss, making him an easy companion for day-to-day life.Clyde has settled in beautifully since December, and like many dogs, he can get a little excited when you come home or when visitors arrive — but it’s all part of his loving, enthusiastic nature. He enjoys watching the world go by and may let you know when someone’s at the door, making him a great little alert companion too.On walks, Clyde can be a bit unsure around other dogs, but with a little space and some tasty encouragement (he’s very motivated by high-value treats — especially cheese!), he handles things well. With the right guidance and consistency, he has all the potential to grow in confidence.He’s not a big fan of car travel and can feel anxious around traffic, so he would benefit from a calm approach and possibly travelling in a crate to help him feel safe and secure.Clyde is truly a lovely dog who just needs a patient, understanding home where he can feel safe, settled, and loved forever. In return, he’ll give you loyalty, companionship, and plenty of cuddles on the sofa. Clyde is child friendly he has lived with children.
