This gorgeous girl is looking for a new place to call home! Athena is a sweet girl who loves meeting new people! Athena loves going for walks and has made a few doggie friends at centre who she walks with. However she can be excitable when meeting new dogs so would prefer to be the only dog in the household while she works on her socialisation skills. Bailey is an energetic young dog looking for a patient new owner to help her work on her training, such as impulse control, lead walking and socialisationBailey was nervous on entry to our centre but has managed to build some bonds with staff and relax in their company.Bailey's confidence would be greatly improved by going to a home with a confident resident dog who would help her adjust to her new environment. This would be pending a successful introduction. Bailey isn't used to living with cats or children, therefore we would prefer children 13+ years. Typical of her breed, Bailey is very clever and interested in the world around her. Barbara is a lovely girl looking for a home to call her own! Barbara is best suited to a home with no other pets. Although she has lived with other dogs before, she tends to get quite overwhelmed if they are in her face. She walks very well on the lead, but does react to certain dogs. She is a very affectionate girl, and would suit someone who knows the breed and the health issues that come associated with that. Barbara loves her people - she will need a home with owners who are there most of the time as she does show signs of separation anxiety. Barbara can be a bit jumpy when she realises it is time for walks! She quickly calms down, and enjoys a good fuss. She walks on lose lead most of the time, as she is a very good girl. Beau is an extremely friendly girl looking for a home that can further her training and meet her needs. She is very head shy, and can be very strong on the lead. Beau loves saying 'hi' to people - she will pull on the lead to get to someone if she is feeling excitable. We have started to work on loose lead walking with her, and she is doing very well. She checks in with her trusted members of staff, and enjoys a good sniff! Beau is looking for owners that understand she will need further training and that a dog of her size needs her strength managed. She is very affectionate and has been getting to meet a few dogs while in our care. Beau seems very curious about other dogs and could be rehomed with another dog, pending successful meets in the centre. She is a very lovely girl who will require a lot of mental stimulation so as to not be bored - we give her plenty of enrichment throughout the day and she would be looking for more of that in her new home. She loves being off lead, and chases a ball like there is no tomorrow! Beau is not fully toilet trained, and could use help with that. Therefore, she is looking for a home with either direct or indirect access to a garden, and owners who would be home most days. She is a very loving dog and could live with older kids pending they are dog savvy and have lived with a large breed before. Beau needs a home that will know how to further her basic training and give her all the love she needs and deserves! She has been out of the centre and she passes people and dogs while out on a walk, but still reacts a couple of times. This is something we are still working on with her, as we believe she is very frustrated for being on the lead and restrained. She tends to have a bigger reaction to smaller breeds walking by, and barks a couple of times. For that reason, we think Bella is best suited as an only pet to a home with her own secure garden. Bella will need a few meets from possible adopters as she can be wary of new people coming into her space. After she is comfortable, she is a very sweet dog and also very smart! Bella is doing amazing with some of her basic training, and picks up things in no time. Bella LOVES a big comfy bed and we believe she would love a huge bed to lounge about in her new home! Bella is a people forward dog, and she will be a brilliant addition to a household that has had Rotties before. Bella is a strong girl and will need an owner who is comfortable with her strength. She was nervous when she first arrived in our care, however she has been doing extremely well with her training. Bella's new owner will need to continue her training in her new home to help her gain confidence and experience more of the world. She has come on in leaps and bounds since arriving with us and we are confident she will thrive with continued training.
