SYD Rescue is a volunteer-led dog rescue charity dedicated to helping vulnerable and at-risk dogs across Yorkshire. Based at kennels in the Yorkshire Dales, the charity takes in dogs from local pounds, veterinary practices, and members of the public. Each dog is carefully assessed, rehabilitated, and supported before being rehomed with a suitable, loving family. Driven by a committed and friendly team of volunteers, SYD Rescue focuses on giving Yorkshire’s most vulnerable dogs a safe future and a second chance at life.

Dream Dream is a 3 yrs old retired racing dog so, sadly, no small furry animals including small dogs.She is a lovely friendly girl with people but will also need training on meeting different breeds of other dogs. Jerry Jerry around 4 yrs old is a Patterdale cross type terrier. He needs an owner used to high-energy terriers. No cats or young children. He can be reactive to other dogs on lead walks but will also walk out happily with a dog he has been introduced to properly and one that is not in his face and who just ignores him. So not a town house for him. He is best in a rural home with access to a well fenced garden / field or dog park so he can have a good explore.If you would like to know more then please complete the pre-adoption form to register your interest.

Looby Looby 5 yr old Patterdale lively little girl. She enjoys going on walks loves her ball but you need to use another ball or treats to get her to drop it. She ignores dogs on her walks and is good playing with larger dogs with the right introductions. She is best in a home with no other dogs. Really needs someone used to these type of dogs to give her lots of time and training she can be vocal when she wants something so needs a bit of work on that. Nico *** Reserved*** Nico 10 yrs larger type Pomeranian looking for his forever home. Would love someone at home most of the time as loves his person a lot. Can be a bit noisy when left.
