BreedJack Russell Terrier

Belle (right on pic) is a 10 year old Jack Russel Terrier who was handed over to us with her brother Buttons after their behaviour changed with a new baby in the house. They have been friendly with staff here since they arrived but cannot be in a home with children and would be best as the only dogs in the house. They have lived together their whole lives so we would like if they could be rehomed together. They are house trained, crate trained and have some basic training. They walk nicely on the lead.

BreedBelgian Malinois X Labrador

Fred is a 3 year old Malski x Labrador. Sadly his owner died and he doesn’t get on with the other family dogs. He is still quite nervous meeting new people but is getting more comfortable every day. He would be best housed as the only dog in the house. Fred is crate, halti and house trained. He is a high energy dog so needs an owner able to give him ample physical and mental stimulation. He will also need daily grooming.

Havoc, a 2 years old male Belgian Malinois available for adoption from Wolfwood in Lancashire

Wolfwood

Havoc

Lancashire
SexMale
Age2 years
BreedBelgian Malinois

Havoc is a 2 year old Belgian Malinois who came to us through the stray system. He gets on well with people but would not be suitable in a home with children. He can be strong on the lead and will need some lead training.Malinois are extremely high energy dogs that don’t thrive in a kennel environment so we need to find him a home asap to avoid any negative behaviours. He must go to a very active family who can provide him 2 hours or more of physical, plenty of mental stimulation and give him a job like agility, herding or obedience.Havoc is quite full on towards other dogs and lacks socialisation to know how to communicate properly with dogs, so this is something that needs work before potentially rehoming with another dog.He hasn’t been tested around cats so may need training and because of his size, no young children.

Jess is an 8 year old Collie x Spaniel who was handed over to us due her owner passing away. Since then she has spent most of the time alone, living outside with minimal human contact. Because of this she was nervous of new people at first, but she is getting better with this and now enjoys some attention and strokes in certain places. She walks ok on the lead but pulls somewhat, and can walk with other calm friendly dogs. She would be best being the only dog in the house, with no children or cats.

This beautiful lady is Narla, a 5 year old Shar Pei crossbreed. She walks well on the lead and we are socializing her with other dogs to get her a bit more used to them.Narla is quite wary of people when she first meets them, but once she has accepted someone she is a loving dog.
