Adonis

Adonis arrived at the pound in August 2026 and was estimated to be around seven and a half months old on arrival. He is still just a big puppy, with his whole life ahead of him. It is difficult to understand how a young dog like Adonis has already found himself abandoned and living in a pound. At an age when he should be discovering the world, learning, playing and growing up surrounded by people who love him, he is instead spending his days in a small cage. Adonis has integrated well with other dogs and enjoys the company of his canine friends. But what this young boy really needs is a home of his own — a place where he can feel safe, loved and part of a family. He deserves so much more than life in a pound. He deserves the chance to grow into the wonderful adult dog he is meant to become, with people who will be patient with him, guide him, give him plenty of positive experiences and, most importantly, never abandon him again.
