Beautiful Betty is one of our very special “handicans” looking for her forever home — and what a character she is. Betty has a disability affecting her back legs due to an unknown previous injury. While she doesn’t have direct movement in them, she does use them for leverage and balance, and she gets around far better than you might expect. We’ll be reviewing her condition further with our vet, but please don’t let her disability fool you — it certainly doesn’t hold her back!Betty is bright, happy, and full of life. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs, enjoys rolling around on her back, and has a wonderful way of making everyone around her laugh. She greets people with pure enthusiasm, cuddles, and tail wags — her sweet, affectionate temperament really is one of her most endearing qualities.She is used to living in a home environment, settles well indoors, and is toilet trained.
