Surprisingly, during her check up at the vets they discovered that she actually had a registered microchip, so they were able to track down her owners and asked them to come and collect her. But of course, had the story ended positively, then Cassie wouldn’t be on our website. Sadly, her family said they didn’t want her anymore as she was too energetic, and that the rescuer could rehome her.
