Cyprus Cece arrived at the shelter as an unclaimed stray, a story we’ve heard many a time. No one came looking for her, and she had no microchip or collar, so who knows where she came from. She was however in good health, and happy to meet new people, so we’re hopeful that she’s not had a difficult start in life. Cece is around a year and a half old and she is a beautiful girl with a very happy, friendly and sociable personality. She loves being around people and is very eager to please, quietly confident, and reads other dogs well.
