Idris

Idris is a tri long coated collie. He is nearly 3 years old and is entire.He came into our care in April 2025 from a rescue in Ireland after his owner was admitted into a care unit due to their mental health.We then placed him in a home for 9 months but he was returned as his owner started working longer hours meaning Idris was being left all day on his own. Due to him being left long hours he had on occasion chewed items (TV remote, LED lamp, a cable) He never chewed any furniture.Idris is a friendly boy. He has met children aged 5yrs + but due to his bouncy nature he can knock young children over so would be better suited to live with older children. He is housetrained, travels well, plays with toys and responds to basic commands.He can be bossy meeting other dogs so wouldn't live with another. Idris has nipped a sheep in the past so we wouldn't home him to live with or near livestock.
