Labubu

This little lady has had much to contend with. She survived following birth with a cleft palate. Then at a very young age developed a large ulcer. This left her with greatly reduced vision in her eye. On arrival to rescue Labubu developed an issue with her other eye.For this reason we have kept her in rescue to ensure that we did all we could to save this eye. Sadly things changed quite quickly and Labubu was seen straight away by our vets who agreed that they did need to be removed.She had her surgery the same day and is recovering really well. We do not know what the future holds currently as Boo still has much scarring on her remaining eye.For the time being she will remain in foster so that we can assess how she adjusts and make sure her remaining eye receives all the treatment that is needed. She still has ointment multiple times a day, Boo is a model patient who copes amazingly given all the difficulties she has faced.Our thanks to all that have supported her during her journey a...
