Lizzie is a medium sized crossbreed aged around two to three years old. Not yet cat tested. Needs a resident dog. Adult only home needed. Lizzie was one of multiple dogs seized by the police in Romania from a hoarder who kept about ninety dogs in a caravan and a car. She has been waiting in a private shelter since she was a pup for an offer of adoption to no avail. Lizzie arrived in our care a few months ago and was adopted shortly after. Sadly she was returned to our care a few weeks ago. She’d been doing so well there and they loved her but unfortunately got protective of her female owner against visitors to the home. We feel that she now needs a home with another dog in the hope that she doesn’t feel solely responsible to keep her family safe. We have waited a few weeks to repost her for adoption to reassess her. She has been an absolute joy back in her foster pack. She is friendly and playful with everyone and loves to play with the other dogs and is an absolutely perfect house gue...
