Meelie

Meelie is a female puppy of around 6-7 months old. She is fostered in Marlborough Wiltshire. Young enough to be cat trained. Would prefer to live with other dog(s). Can live with children 9plus + Meelie has been raised in the Romanian public shelter and sustained a skin wound from another dog while she was there. The scar doesn’t show, but mentally this has made her a bit nervous. As a result, Meelie is a little shy, but she is gaining confidence in her foster home. She is very driven by food, and cheese is the way to her heart. She is a very calm quiet puppy, and walks well on the lead. She plays well with the other dogs and puppies in the foster home. Currently she is fostered with Elena, another foster dog. Meelie adores Elena and gains a lot of confidence by following her lead. For this reason she would be best suited in a home with another dog. Meelie happily sleeps in a crate overnight. She is now house trained, but adopters should expect accidents in a new home until she settles...
