Peter

Peter is a large crossbreed aged around fifteen months old. Not cat tested. Confident resident dog. Adult only household. Peter and his siblings were found in a city in Romania last January. Small pups, lost and wandering among cars and all sorts of dangers. The man who found them, being a friend of a friend, asked for Roxana’s help and they were taken to her shelter. Peter has been on our care since last July. For most of that time he was very neurotic and skittish but recently we’ve all noticed an element of him maturing and becoming a lot more confident. He still spooks at some things but the spooky reaction is not so melodramatic and passes quickly. Peter is a sweet boy once he knows you, he’s not ready for strangers being hands on with him but he gets used to new people so much faster now and we’re still working daily on improving his confidence.
