Winnie

Winnie is a small crossbreed aged three to four years old. Winnie came to us a a couple of years ago from the Radauti public shelter in Romania. She arrived terrified of everyone and everything but over time has emerged into a plucky and cheeky little character who is loved by all in her foster home. Winnie is still worried by strangers and doesn’t enjoy being picked up but in many ways is a quietly confident little girl who is very popular amongst the pack in her foster home. Winnie will need at least one other steady dog in her forever home. She enjoys her walks but is still a little worried about having her lead put on but this too is improving daily and she is becoming less tense about it. Winnie has been fine with the safe rescue cat. She would like a settled home environment with no children. Her adopters will need to allow her time to get to know and trust them but she will reward them when she reveals the sweet and clever little character that we have been privileged to uncover...
