About Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary

The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary has been rescuing and rehoming animals since 1967, helping over 35,000 animals find loving homes and admitting around 700 each year. Caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and permanent resident goats, the sanctuary supports animals from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with behavioural or medical needs. Each animal is assessed individually, with time taken to build trust and understand their specific requirements. Guided by a strict non-destruction policy, the sanctuary is committed to never euthanising a healthy animal and to providing long-term, compassionate care whenever needed.
