, one of five puppies born safely in the care of one of our wonderful partner shelters. Their mum, Reina, is a small Podenco Andaluz who was rescued from the streets while heavily pregnant, and she gave birth shortly after arriving. Thankfully everything went smoothly, and Reina has been a devoted, gentle mum to her little ones.Ada and her siblings are still very young, so their individual personalities are only just beginning to emerge. They’ve started exploring, playing, and showing those first hints of the curious, joyful nature we expect from pups raised with love and security. We don’t know who dad is, though a collie is a possibility.As Ada grows, we’ll learn more about her character — but for now, she’s a healthy, happy puppy getting the very best start in life.Podenco puppies/adolescents are very cute, but they need consistent training, patience and understanding especially through the adolescent phase where we find a lot of people tend to struggle.
