He is currently underweight and understandably anxious, but despite this he remains very accepting of affection and enjoys quiet cuddles.We believe that with the right support and patience, Arthur will thrive. He is looking for a foster home, ideally with a view to adoption, that understands he will need time and space to build his confidence and come out of his shell. Having been through a great deal, he will benefit from a calm and reassuring environment where he can feel safe and secure.
