Hello, I’m Bayley!I’m a 5-year-old neutered Collie Cross, and I’ve had quite the journey. I originally came to the rescue because my humans aren't feeling well enough to look after me. I even spent a week in another home, but I got a little nervous when someone leaned over to say hello, so I came back to regroup.I can be a bit unsure when meeting new people, so I’ll need someone patient who can let me come to them in my own time. I do best in a calm home without lots of visitors or young children, where I can feel safe and relaxed.The good news? I’m housetrained, I know some basic commands, I love playing with toys, I travel well, and I sleep peacefully through the night. I tend to avoid other dogs, though I might react if they react to me first, and I’m a little nervous around traffic and loud noises — so slow and steady wins the day with me!If you’re willing to give me time, patience, and lots of gentle reassurance, I’d love to show you what a loyal and loving companion I can be.
