Bear

Crossbreed/Unknown crossbreed Black and tan 2 Years (approx) Ref: 206/26 Bear came into our care after his owner was no longer able to look after him. Originally from Romania, he has found the transition into kennels incredibly overwhelming and is one of the more nervous dogs in our care. The world can feel like a very scary place for Bear, and he's looking for a patient, experienced family who can help him learn that life doesn't have to be so frightening. Although progress has been slow, Bear has started to build trusting relationships with the people he knows well. Loud noises, sudden movements, and unfamiliar situations can still be very daunting for him, and the busy kennel environment is not where he feels most comfortable. Because of this, we're looking for a calm, quiet home with people who have experience of, or a good understanding of, nervous Romanian rescue dogs.
