Bertie A bit about Bertie: The sweet Bertie, has ended up in our care and looking for a home due to no fault of his own! He came into our care with his brother ‘Alfie’. Bertie is a confident boy and is leader of their little pack. When he came into our care, he was heavily matted so had a trip to our salon. Bertie is a very friendly chap. He loves attention all the time. He will jump up for a cuddle. Bertie can be a little vocal if he’s not getting attention 24/7. He doesn’t seem to know a lot of commands but does respond to his name. He is looking for a home where he can feel love- like he once had. He would make a perfect first-time dog and is okay to live with young children. He can be active and enjoys his walks. Equally he is happy to curl up next to you. His new owner would need to be aware that he will require regular grooming sessions and daily brushing to keep him comfortable.
