Bluey

Bluey is a gorgeous 1 year old boy who is still discovering what life has to offer. He has had a very sheltered start in life, spending his first eight months living in a flat with his mum and two siblings. Because he had very little exposure to the outside world during this important stage, many everyday experiences are still completely new to him. When Bluey first came to us, he was frightened to even go for a walk. But with patience, reassurance and lots of encouragement, he is making wonderful progress and becoming more confident every day. He is learning that the world isn’t such a scary place and is beginning to enjoy exploring his surroundings. Bluey can be wary of strangers, particularly men, and will need someone who understands that trust takes time. However, once he learns that you are the person who brings the walks, food, fun and playtime, his whole personality comes out.
