Bruno

We have deliberately kept Bruno away from adoption posts for the last few months. You may remember a top emergency case, when his previous foster suddenly lost his home, Bruno and four other large dogs found themselves on a street homeless. Two sadly had to enter kennels, but Bruno escaped that fate thanks to one wonderful, committed foster who stepped in. ️ And once Bruno arrived, we realised he needed time. Although we had previously received lots of happy photos from walks from previous foster, we didn’t get the full picture of life inside the home. Five large dogs appear to have been kept separated for much of the time, probably crated to avoid confrontations. Bruno arrived with poor strength in his back legs and some insecurities, and there were concerns that handling in the previous environment had not always been positive.
