. The shelter she was with first tried to catch her with a manual trap but the visitors to the golf course had all been feeding her so she wasn’t tempted! Thankfully they’d just got a new remote control trap that was bigger - with some tasty sausages and a good dose of patience it was a success! When she was the golf course, no one could get anywhere near her, let alone touch her. Once she arrived to the shelter, she melted within 24 hours!Caramela is a young, confident, adolescent podenco - all pods are full of character and can be cheeky, but at this age they really do push boundaries and can at times really test your patience. She is a mischief maker, goofy, funny and a real opportunist. She loves to play with toys and will steal anything she can get her paws on, and she has mastered the puppy dog eyes so gets away with it!
