Daphne

Daphne is a young Lurcher with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people. She is a truly sweet, affectionate girl who is a joy to have around and has so much love to give. Daphne loves nothing more than a good play in the garden with her soft toys — usually accompanied by some very typical Lurcher vocalisations! Once she’s had her fun, she’s more than happy to curl up in one of her favourite resting spots, especially if there’s a comfy cushion waiting for her. In her foster home, Daphne is affectionate and loving, enjoying spending time with her people. She’ll happily greet you with a wagging tail and plenty of affection, and she really enjoys being part of family life. Daphne can be a little timid at times and may take a while to feel confident in new situations. She will therefore need a patient, calm and understanding home where she can take things at her own pace and have the time and space to build her confidence.
