Deek

Here is Deek who is only a pup at 6 months old (approx), he’s needing a special home because he is deaf. Deek is a sighthound – he’s quite small at the moment (Whippet cross?), he only weighs 14KG, but he is still growing so we’re not sure how big he will be eventually 🥰🐶🥰

Deek has a very friendly and loving temperament, he is good with other dogs when out and about and can live with cats and children over around 10 years old. He is currently in a foster home with other dogs and this has proved tricky as Deek can be a little full on with them, wanting to play all the time, and as he can’t hear any warnings from other dogs he doesn’t know when to leave them alone. He would therefore probably be best as an only dog.

This friendly fella is partly housetrained – learning all the time – and is treat orientated and quick to learn which makes training easier, although obviously sign language will need to be used instead of voice commands.
