Dorothy

Are you right for Dorothy?Dorothy is a sweet 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She is a friendly girl and could join a home with children of Primary School Age and older. Dorothy is a bit underconfident around other dogs and while she is keen to say hello she does not always know what to do when she gets there. She would be best as the only dog in the home and would benefit from some doggy friends to socialise with outside of the home to help build her confidence and teach her socialising skills. Dorothy has the potential to live with a dog savvy cat if introductions are carefully managed. Once settled, Dorothy would be able to have leaving hours gradually introduced. She can be a little worried by new environments so would like access to a safe outdoor space to help her settle into the home while she is building confidence with the wider world.
