Are you right for Edie?Edie is a gorgeous 7yr old Shar Pei who is the sweetest, most playful, and snuggly girl once she knows you. We are looking for patient adopters for Edie as she can be worried by new people initially. This means you'll need to come and get to know Edie gradually, but believe us when we say that all the time and effort is worth it! As you'd expect from a Underdog like Edie, she needs a calm and predictable environment where she can settle and build her confidence gradually. This means that she'll need to be the only pet in an adult only home with no visiting children. She will need you to be around all the time initially until she's settled into her new home, but then should be fine being left for periods on her own. She'll need a secure garden, so she has somewhere to play and explore off-lead as she loves to do this.
