Fern is a sweet girl who is only young and was brought in as a stray, she is only young and is around 8 months old so it is heartbreaking that she has ended up at the rescue during such a vital age for training and socialisation – but she is lovely and we hope she finds a stable forever home soon. Fern loves people and has been friendly with everyone that she has met, she loves going out for walks and although she can be quite strong on lead she has shown that she is eager to learn. Anyone interested in rehoming her must be physically capable of handling her strength and will need to take into account that she will need lots of time dedicated to her ongoing training and socialisation so that she matures into a well-rounded adult. We have been assessing Fern since her arrival and she will definitely require more work around other dogs in her next home as it is evident that she has lacked socialisation and can be very boisterous and rude.
