Gizmo

Gizmo is a teeny tiny 4-year-old Shih Tzu with a big personality packed into a little body. Once he gets to know you, he’s very friendly, but he’s also an independent and curious little fellow who enjoys exploring the world on his own terms.Gizmo hasn’t always been treated like a dog, and we believe he may have been carried around a lot rather than allowed to walk and build strength. Because of this, he doesn’t have much muscle in his back legs just yet. For that reason, we’re looking for an owner who understands that Gizmo is a dog, not a cuddly toy — and who will let him walk, move, and grow in confidence and strength at his own pace.He would love a home that respects his independence while still offering gentle guidance and encouragement.Gizmo could possibly live with another calm, friendly small dog following a successful introduction.
