Hugo

Hugo is a beautiful 18-month-old Shih Tzu × Border Terrier who is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. His family sadly found they were unable to provide him with everything he needed, so he is now looking for a loving home where he can continue to grow and thrive. Hugo is a friendly, sweet-natured young dog who enjoys spending time with people. He is playful, inquisitive and has a lovely personality. He walks well on lead, enjoys sniffing and exploring, and has shown some recall. He is also able to settle nicely indoors, including in our office, and is a clever boy who has responded well to training. Hugo can be quite bouncy, particularly when excited, and this may become more apparent once he is settled into his new home. His training will focus on rewarding calm behaviour, encouraging four-paws-on-the-floor greetings and building his general obedience and self-control.
