Don’t be deceived! Little Lisa may be 14 years old but she does not act it. She is currently in foster with a staff member and their dog.
Lisa has been part of the same family her whole life and it was the passing of her original owner 3 years ago that her world changed. She was taken on by a family member but came to us as she struggles to be left alone for long periods of time and work commitments made it impossible for them to be there for her.
Lisa gets along with dogs out and about but she has shown that sharing a home alongside another can be a challenge for her. She can get jealous at times and likes things her way! She has a very strong prey drive and homes will need to be pet free.
She likes affection and attention albeit on her terms but she comes with so much character that she makes us laugh with the stories told by her fosterer.
Vet visits and grooming are not an enjoyable experience for Lisa yet she has had pamper with our groomer of which she managed with well.
