Dexter is an 8.5-year-old Pomeranian cross who is looking for a new home again after almost a month in an adoptive home. Sadly, despite genuine effort from everyone involved, it became clear that the match wasn’t right. Main reason: food guarding and so confrontation with another older dog. Dexter now urgently needs a foster-to-adopt or forever home with people who can manage wise to avoid food guarding, understand small companion breeds and are willing to offer structure, patience and continued guidance.Dexter is a deeply bonded, intelligent little companion.
