MARLA in Foster - Basingstoke available for Adoption Marla arrived from Romania on 24th April. Marla is a timid, shy, nervous girl. She can be quirky , funny and playful. She is 5 years old, spayed, fully vaccinated, parasite protected and in good health. She is house trained but does do nervous wees if something really scares her. Marla will need a patient, calm home and would be best as an only dog. She is generally good with other dogs but has shown some protective traits over her space here. Marla has been child tested and could tolerate a calm, respectful older child but would be scared of very small children. She has not been cat tested. She will need lots of love and patience but this will be repaid with copious amounts of love and affection. Once she trusts you she loves to cuddle on the sofa and have belly rubs. She is currently scared of almost everything and we are currently building up her confidence outdoors. She would need someone to continue this. Marla is now accustomed...
