Have you ever seen a dog with a more expressive face?! Shaggy boy Marley, (blind, born 2020, 30kgs and currently in foster in Serbia), has many looks - you can see here his thoughtful, his slightly grumpy, and his special puppy dog that he hopes might get him a home….Marley was found some months ago, struggling to survive as a blind dog on the streets. Emaciated and starving (as can be seen in some of his photos) he was taken into temporary care. Despite his lovely nature, no one offered him a home and he was in danger of being returned to the street. Luckily a local rescuer became aware of his plight and stepped forward to ensure his safety and contacted BDRUK for help.Marley has seen a veterinary ophthalmologist who explained that his blindness is due to degenerative changes in the optic nerve and retina.
