Are you right for Nala?Nala is a beautiful 2-year-old husky with a sensitive soul who's looking for a calm, understanding home. She finds the world a little overwhelming at times, especially when meeting new people or encountering loud noises and sudden movements. Because of this, she'll need multiple slow and positive introductions with her new family to help her feel safe and settled. Nala could live with children 14+ who could give her space when needed. She can potentially live with another dog (neutered if male) of similar breed and breed traits. Nala is big, bold and bouncy when meeting new dogs and in typical husky style likes to make herself heard. Any leaving hours will need to be built up gradually so she can learn to feel secure when alone. A secure, private garden is essential, giving her a safe space to relax and explore at her own pace. Nala is a scared in the vets so would recommend new owners take steps to help her with this.
