Are you right for Nova?Nova is a delightful 1 year old American Bulldog looking for a family with lots of love and energy. She is a friendly girl who is excited to meet new people and can sometimes show this by jumping up. She could join a home with children of Secondary School age who are confident around big bouncy dogs. Nova would like to be the only dog in the home, but can have dog friends on walks, providing they are comfortable with her play style as she can get overexcited when playing.. We have no history of Nova living with cats but have not seen a high prey drive from her so she could potentially join a home with a dog savvy cat providing introductions are carefully managed. Nova is worried by being left currently and will need someone around the majority of the time with her initially, leaving hours will need to be gradually introduced at a pace she is comfortable with once settled. Nova would benefit from a garden or outside are to play in to burn off some energy.
