Nya is such a beautiful soul.But unfortunately her time in Romania has left her with many mental and physical scares. Nya has been badly bullied by other dogs and you can see her body in covered in the battle scares. Coming to the UK was a big risk for Nya as we didn't know how she would react to life in the UK. However we also knew to stay in Romania would mean one day she would be attacked so badly she wouldn't survive it.As we feared, she struggled in the first few weeks. She just wanted to escape it all and run away at every opportunity making her a huge flight risk. Over the last 4 months this has decreased significantly and she has started to relax alot.Despite her experiences she adores other dogs and leans on them to help her progress. Nya will always struggle as her mental scares run deep. But the last month she has made huge progress in her foster home. She no longer looks for escape routes.
