Description
Oreo originally came to Foal Farm in 2022, we have rehomed her twice but each time she had been returned after a while. Oreo was just 8 months old when she first came to Foal and did not have a good start, which has left her being a fearful dog. Oreo is now in foster with a member of the dog team, so that we can assess her closely and work out what she truly needs in a new home.
It look a little while for Oreo to settle into foster as she has separation anxiety, but she is now doing well and is even settled in her own company. In the home Oreo is a great house guest, she is easy going and happy to chill out.
Oreo can be reactive towards new people within the home and out on walks. Since being in foster, she was introduced to a regular visitor in a controlled manner and Oreo has now bonded well with them with no issues. Out and about, Oreo needs clear guidance and she walks well on a loose lead and will ignore people around her.
