Handsome Pete came into our care after being removed from a chaotic home environment alongside another dog and puppies, where his welfare was a concern. Despite his difficult start, Pete hasn't let it dampen his lovely personality and has quickly become a firm favourite with our kennel team and volunteer dog walkers alike! Pete really is the definition of a gentle giant. He absolutely adores people and greets everyone with a wiggly bum and wagging tail. He loves any attention and affection he can get, and he certainly deserves every bit of it! He's so popular with our volunteers that he's always in high demand for walks. Pete loves getting out and about and, despite being a big lad who can be a little strong, he walks really nicely, taking his time to sniff and explore everything along the way. Pete is looking for a home where he can be the only dog, so he can enjoy being the centre of his new family's world. He may be able to live with older children who have experience around larger ...
